  Just have to say Alicia at Babies R Us turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a super experience. We bought a crib for our daughter and son-in-law on line and had it shipped to our house. The box was damaged a bit at delivery and when they opened it the crib was also damaged. We took it back to the store and they cheerfully helped us order a new one and waived the shipping fee. Upon receiving the second crib the box was once again damaged and when opened was in way worse shape than the first crib. Once again we took it back and this time asked for the store manager's assistance. I can not say enough good things about Alicia. She exchanged the crib for a new one that will be delivered to the store, helped my daughter get on their baby register and gave us a bunch of great tips for register items. We will definitely be back to Babies R Us. Awesome customer service!

  Found everything I needed at the expected high prices for a store like this. The customer service was very unpleasant for me though and I will not be returning. I waited in the customer service checkout line for about 5 minutes to make my purchases since there wasn't anyone in the checkout registers. While over at the baby registry counter the were several employees taking with each other not helping customers. They did finally come over and check me out so I didn't have to wait for all the returns but the girl that helped me acted like I was inconveniencing her.
